Partner Program Update & Operating Guidelines (USD Reference)
Hello, this is LifeUpTrading.
As our service revenue continues to grow and more partners join the program, we’ve updated our partner program to make it more fair and sustainable. The key changes are:
* Higher base-tier commission: We increased the first-tier rate so more partners can feel the benefit early on.
* Updated tier thresholds: We adjusted and simplified the tiers to better match our current revenue distribution and operating structure.
* New Main Partner track: Partners who operate with LifeUp as their primary focus can receive a flat 15% commission for long-term collaboration.
⸻
This update applies starting with the May 2026 settlement period.
Commissions are calculated progressively, meaning each rate applies only to the portion of monthly sales within that tier:
* Up to $20,000: 10%
* Over $20,000 up to $30,000: 11%
* Over $30,000 up to $50,000: 12%
* Over $50,000 up to $65,000: 13%
* Above $65,000: 14%
Example: Monthly sales of $35,000
* $20,000 × 10% + $10,000 × 11% + $5,000 × 12% = $3,700
Settlement & payout schedule
* Settlement is calculated based on month-end totals.
* Payouts are made on the third Friday of the following month (KST).
Payout threshold
* If your monthly commission is below $700, it will automatically roll over.
* Once your cumulative commission reaches $700 or more, it will be paid on the next payout date.
⸻
For partners who operate with LifeUp as their primary focus and want to grow with us long-term, a flat 15% commission will apply across all tiers after mutual discussion and signing the partner contract.
* A modest fixed support payment (retainer) may also be discussed separately depending on contribution and impact.
* We maintain partnerships with legal and tax firms, and during Main Partner activities we will prioritize support to help minimize procedural disadvantages if any issues arise.
⸻
Partners play an important role not only in promotion, but also in building trust between LifeUp and our users. Please comply with the minimum standards below:
A. Share key updates promptly
* Share important events, policy changes, and operational updates as quickly as possible.
* Use official announcements as your source. Speculation or unverified claims are not allowed.
B. Correct misinformation quickly
* If incorrect information is shared, please correct it promptly.
* If something is unclear, the safest approach is: “We will confirm and follow up.”
C. Community tone: Neutral and professional
* We are not asking for praise, only a neutral, fact-based approach.
* Before facts are confirmed, emotional escalation, profanity/abuse, defamation, or encouraging/ignoring inflammatory behavior is not acceptable.
* Repeated behavior may result in immediate termination of partner status without warning.
D. Inactivity / lack of communication may lead to termination
* Prolonged inactivity or ongoing lack of communication may be treated as an intention to discontinue, and partner status may be ended.
E. Core partner principles
* Do not request or share user personal/account information.
* Do not use “guaranteed profit” claims, exaggerated advertising, or misleading language.
* Communicate responsibly and avoid actions that could harm brand trust.
