Commissions are calculated progressively, meaning each rate applies only to the portion of monthly sales within that tier.
* Up to $20,000.00: 10%
* Over $20,000.00 up to $30,000.00: 11%
* Over $30,000.00 up to $50,000.00: 12%
* Over $50,000.00 up to $65,000.00: 13%
* Above $65,000.00: 14%
Example (monthly sales of $35,000.00):
$20,000.00 × 10% + $10,000.00 × 11% + $5,000.00 × 12% = $3,700.00
* Settlement is calculated based on month-end totals.
* Payouts are made on the third Friday of the following month (KST).
Payout threshold (rollover)
* If your monthly commission is below $700, it will automatically roll over.
* Once your cumulative commission reaches $700 or more, it will be paid on the next payout date.
For partners who operate with LifeUp as their primary focus and want to grow with us long-term, a flat 15% commission applies across all tiers after mutual discussion and signing the partner contract.
* A modest fixed support payment (retainer) may be discussed separately depending on contribution and impact.
* We work with legal and tax partners and will prioritize support to help minimize procedural disadvantages if any issues arise during Main Partner activities.

* Share key updates promptly using official announcements (no speculation).
* Correct misinformation quickly; when unclear, confirm first and follow up.
* Keep a neutral, professional tone; repeated issues may result in termination without warning.
* Prolonged inactivity or lack of communication may lead to termination.
* Never request/share user personal or account information; avoid guaranteed-profit claims, exaggerated ads, or misleading language.
